grr pictures
i am working on getting a web album for pictures up, but it is 1:15AM here and i really need to just get some sleep. i will try to get the pictures up tomorrow night!
Hi Jackie and all! Carrie's getting her luggage from the porter so I'm writing now. I don't know how to add on the blog site yet. We just got into Ceske Budejovice. We found the name Vankat in the phone book but we don't know if it belongs to a person or place - language barrier. Today is laundry day before we go to dinner. It's about 5:30 pm now. We have a ton of great pictures. We'll try to put some up tonight. I managed to get stamps at the post office so postcards are on the way. Looking forward to this beautiful town. We've seen so many Churches which put ours to shame. Gorgeous artwork, huge stations of the cross, elaborate altars, wonderful! We toured the catacombs in Tabor. It's like being in the belly of the mountain. Really cool! Smelled like my cellar! Also many attractive men here, nice! We saw some with the popped collar which reminded me of Ben. I can see why he fit in so easily here. That's all from me for now. Hope all is well back home. This truly is the highlight of my life so far! Love to all, Jenni

Oh, and Carrie- I found out last night that our some-number-of-greats-which-I'm-not-going-to-figure-out grandmother Carolina Chmelka went by Carrie, spelled just like yours! Cool, huh? I also found out that our grandmother Tillie and great-aunt Hattie (nee Fencl) were named for their aunts! Awesome!
